If you joined after Jan 20th 2009, you can request a call from our legal department. Your account must be in good standing, and have a valid credit/debit card or bank account on file. This call is classified as a "phone contact request" in the customer service section of your customer agreement. It may take up to 7 business days from this forms processing before your call back is initially attempted.
