Tanning Consultant Responsibilities include: Selling tanning packages and lotions to current and potential customers Maintaining cleanliness of salon including cleaning beds, general cleaning of hallways, lobby and bathroom and washing & folding towels. Administering tanning sessions Advising current and potential customers about their tanning needs Managing salon cash register Ideal candidates will posses: Enthusiasm about indoor tanning Experience with retail sales and telephone sales Ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment Flexibility of hours to be worked Compensation: Base hourly wage Plus commission for sales of tanning packages and lotions. Talented Sales Associates can make $18.00+ per hour! Plus Bonuses for achievement of team goals Plus Free tanning
